Description :: Training Job Duties:
Facilitate new employee training on our products and practical skills to carry out workrelated tasks enabling them to fulfil their potential
within organisation
Identifying, designing and expanding training programmes based on the needs of the organisation through job analysis
Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the corporate and launching of new
product
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees and report to management
Marketing Job Duties:
Monitor and analyse market trends; conduct marketing research
Explore ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
Identifying target markets, develop strategies, marketing plans and budgets
Managing the production of promotional material together, including leaflets, posters, flyers, enewsletter with the graphic department;
organise product photo shoots
Attending events, exhibitions, industry conferences and sales meetings where necessary
Plan and develop systems and procedures, coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects
to improve the operational quality and efficiency of the department
Develop and execute business plan to meet quarterly / annually sales budget
Devise effective marketing channels to reach customers and manage customers relationship via digital medi
Requirements :: Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years practical experience of training, marketing concepts, strategies, methodology and related marketing tools is an added
advantage
An eye for detail, meticulous and well organized is a must; as is social media and internet marketing experience
Knowledge in website, Search Engine Marketing, Online Marketing, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dreamweaver and CMS will be
added advantage
The ability to size up and analyze challenging situations and be solutionoriented is preferred.
Possess strong self motivation and results oriented
An ability to work and manage a fast growing industry
Proven ability to manage all levels of associates and customers, both internally and externally
