Description :: Lead the planning and implementation of Microsoft NAV ERP System
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables per user’s needs
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans using Project Insight and Microsoft Project and Excel
Work with vendor to satisfactorily plan and schedule project timelines to guarantee ontime delivery
Track project deliverables and communicate with vendor on project implementation task list
Provide direction and system support to user
Keep all stakeholders updated on progress of project
Analyse business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide user recommendations.
Document all user’s engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation,
specification, system deployment documents, ERP system integration and interface documents and publishing reports as necessary
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputs
Provide project management expertise throughout entire project
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager and/or PMP Certification is REQUIRED
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP and 3 years experience with a top tier consulting firm
Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage
Candidate will offer in Contract Basis
