- Responsible for the quality of products by conducting checks at critical points at all stages of production from the receiving of raw
materials until delivery of finished goods.
Maintain accurate & organized records of all QA activities
Ensure compliance & improvement of quality programs such as JAKIM Halal, HACCP, ISO, BRC etc.
Apply for, renew & manage all Halal certification
Involved in production planning & oversee production staff to ensure that orders, standards & requirements are met
Serve as the bridge between the business team & the production team to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled
Conduct necessary tests to check product quality.
Also to manage & record the periodic submission of samples to external laboratories as necessary
- Requirements :
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in similar field/company
Able to manage wide variety of ingredients, products & customer requirements
Able to withstand a warm environment, standing & walking for long periods
Familiarity & experience with modern food manufacturing processes & food safety systems such as Halal, HACCP, ISO, GMP etc.
Hands on, Goal Oriented, committed to getting the job done & willing to learn
Resourceful, dynamic personality, able to multi task & problem solving
Honest, Positive attitude & selfÂmotivated.
Fluent in written & spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), English & Bahasa Malaysia.
WellÂversed with Microsoft Office software.
