Description :: - Freight Rates/Quotation Verification.
- Other tasks that may assigned by superior.
- Logistics planning support.
- Assist superior to achieve accomplishment in management assignments & department goals.
- Data management in monthly freight cost analysis & budget control.
- Monitoring the section goals activities & chart chart presentation. Compiling & analyzing data/statistic/graphical charts.
- Establish & monitoring of the traffic database system for Incoming/Outgoing shipments & landed cost analysis.
- Controlling the premium freight by presentation of statistics approach & graphical analysis.
- Drive team towards department goals oriented activities.
- Act as internal auditee for company ISO/SOP audits & procedure writer relevant to traffic.
- Reporting of monthly section activities. E.g. freight volume, freight cost & budget control & forwarding agents performance review.
- Liaise with forwarding agents for the logistics enquiries, information obtainment & benchmarking.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Science. Master is an advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably working in MNC manufacturing environment.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all level of employees
- Result oriented with less supervision
