Description :: - To order the material for site use
- To reject the material deliver to site if the material deliver to site if the material is not comply to the requirement
- Planning for site activities and seeks for project manager approval before implementation
- To plan for material schedule on weekly basis site documentation
- To ensure the construction work is accordance to drawing and work programme
- To report and discuss any problems arise at site with project manager
- Prepare Site Daily report
- To ensure all the inspection activities are carry out accordance to the requirement
- To Liase with client representative for any site matter shall report to project manager whenever any issue to be discuss and decide
- To attend site meeting or organize sub-cont. as per schedule
To ensure all the revise drawing are update and the obsolete copy is no more longer use at site
Planning and arranging for sub-cont. claim wages on monthly basis
- To Ensure site and project activities are implemented according to Manager requirement
- To perform other relevant duties as and when directed by project manager from time to time
Requirements :: - Be able to speak good Mandarin
- Has experience in construction industry
- Willing to work overtime
- Familiar with PTW system (Permit to Work)
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
