Description :: Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Design effective training programs.
Determine course content according to objectives.
Conduct Public and In House training, seminars, workshops.
Manage training budgets.
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
Develop training material (delegate handout, presentations, quiz, worksheets etc.).
Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, passing rate etc.
Observe and evaluate results of Training Evaluation periodically.
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvement.
Requirements :: Degree in a relevant technical field.
Proven experience as technical trainer with min 5 years in relevant disciplinary.
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
Experience in designing technical course content.
Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint).
Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Certification such as Certified Technical Trainer is advantages.
