Description :: - Responsible for production material planning and assignment.
- Responsible to any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
- Responsible for all production related administration work.
- Coordinate and monitor job progress to ensure jobs are complete within scheduled time frame.
- Update Production Head on job progress.
- Assist in monthly stock check activity.
- Assist in day-to-day inventory function and ensure data are updated into the system accurately in compliance with the established guidelines.
- Shared responsibility in product quality assurance.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
- Independent, responsible, able to meet deadlines and work under minimum supervision
- Self-disciplined, positive working attitude and a good team player.
Computer literate.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operation or equivalent.
