• Explore and analyze technical, production and management disciplines
• Partner with other leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives
• Directly supervise all Business Units leaders and indirectly supervise all sites employees
• Establish and communicate strategic Business Unit objectives and assignments
• Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating objectives.
• Work closely and support the Managing Director in strategic planning and execution of the current and future growth of the company
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English

- Must be holding General Manager position specializing in Top Management, Strategy planing, Manufacturing/Production Operations in E & E Manufacturing or equivalent
