Description :: - To validate new modules/parts delivered by new/existing suppliers/internal customer according FAI process.
- To follow up and maintain all modules are assembled in compliance with internal standards.
- To define test bench and related tooling for modules assembly.
- To create and maintain assembly instruction for modules/sub-assemblies and provide training to suppliers/internal customer.
- To follow up and update all documentation related to modules with various Technology & Development departments.
- To improve manufacturing/modules assembly efficiency, cost & quality.
- Any other ad hoc assignment according to business needs.
Requirements :: - Education: Minimum of Associates degree in an engineering discipline. Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience: Requires five or more years’ applicable experience in the production and testing of auto electromechanical systems with an Associate’s Degree, or up to one year experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Skills/Technical Requirements: Experience with basic workflow processes in the assembly, machining processes and testing of electromechanical systems; good working knowledge or related statistical process control methods. Must be computer literate.
