- •Identifies, formulates and produces effective policies, procedures and maintenance programs that provide guidance in the implementation of the yearly and continuous mechanical maintenance of the operations. Propose solutions to superior for machines' issues.
•Plan, design and executes the mechanical systems and components that conform and meet the manufacturing operation standards and performance to ensure that production of products meet to established customer and company standards. Study the P&ID and implement for new processess
•Manage and monitor the planned preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance for the plant equipment & machineries with established manufacturing and safety procedureand following manufacturers' instructions and established procedures.Manages and monitor the planned preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance for the plant equipment & machineries with established manufacturing and safety procedures and following manufacturers’ instructions and established procedures. This include scheduling of repairs, schedule of manpower for daily mechanical work routine, coordinating shut-downs inter department and installation of equipment.
•Manage and develops mechanical maintenance employees in department to achieve optimum level of employee capabalities and job performance.
•Ensures compliance to Health, Safety & Environment for safe working environmentwhich include requirement of ISO 9002, 1400 and HACCP.
•Prepares monthly maintenance report for Division Head to make the appropriate production & financial decisions.
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
•Required skill(s): MS Excel.
•Experience in P&ID, familiar with process plant assembly work and plant acitivties
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in T\uanku Jaafar Industrial Park, Sg Gadut, Seremban.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
•Full-Time position(s) available.
