PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY
Daily checking and update Finished goods, Work in progress and incoming Raw material. To ensure housekeeping store area, ensuring safe usage of lifting and moving equipment and machinery
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Loading and unloading of Finished Good and raw Material.
2. Custodian of all Raw material and Finished Product held in the plant.
3. Daily checking of Complete Finished goods for Delivery
4. Ensuring proper stock control in maintained on first in first out basic.
5. Ensuring that physical stock balance tally with book balance at all time.
6. Ensuring properly security measures are observed and to immediately report to Superior upon discovery of variance in stock holding.
7. Investigate and tallying the daily variance stock.
8. Assign and optimizers location for store produce finished product.
9. Update and informed Planner / Executive of the Stock status
10. Follow and abide by all the company policies and regulations at all times.
11. Following works instructions and standard procedures of work.
12. Practice good housekeeping and ensuring Cleanness in work area.
13. Inform Immediate Supervisor of expected problems.
14. Ensure plant 5 ‘S’ are carried out promptly.
15. Any other matter as and when requested by the supervisor.
Organizational Knowledge
Learning EPICOR system, update stock list, knowledge of organization storage area and learning weighting.

- 1. Ensuring accuracy of stock list for Raw Material and Finished Goods .
2. Ensuring the correct raw material unloaded and Scanning bar code and update into system.
