- •Field testing, defect reporting and troubleshooting
•Collaborating with Software Engineers to continuously improve the testability and robustness of the codebase
•Recommend process improvements / ideas to the QA / Development / Product Teams
- Requirements :
- •Bachelor or Master's degree in Telecommunication or related fields, or equivalent work experience
•More than 3 year or more experience in mobile/field test engineer roles
•Strong knowledge of LTE, HSPA+/WCDMA, signaling, call processing concepts, etc.
•Good understanding on GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, HSPA, LTE mobile phone software architecture and telecommunication network configuration
•Experience in analyzing logs, troubleshooting issues from field for UMTS/GSM CS, PS calls, LTE Data calls, metric test is plus.
•Experience with specific logging/analysis tools such as QXDM, QPST, ELT etc.
•Experience with mobile phone OS: Android, IOS & Windows.
•Documentation and reporting skills
