Description :: - Overall responsible for the effective functioning of the Quality Management systems and ISO procedure
- Implement effective quality control techniques to ensure finishes products are meeting the specified requirement;
- Ensure there is consistent quality in the products and conformance to quality in the products;
- Monitor and schedule calibration for the equipment and maintain and record the results of calibration and any inspection test;
- Participate and lead continuous quality improvements activities;
- Carry out products/ materials testing and trouble shoot and rectify quality related problem;
- Conduct research and use statistical techniques to assess, analyses processes and product conformance with the objective of driving a continuous quality improvement program in the manufacturing chain;
- Work interactively with production, sale, customers and suppliers to seek out refinements and improvements to product quality, productivity and yield;
- Customers’ complaints are resolved through effective corrective actions;
- Lead ISO audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experience in Manufacturing/Production operation or equivalent
