Description :: 1. Manage and lead the Top level Department to achieve department objective.
2. Ensure maximum production output with good product.
3. Monitor daily production line output.
4. Review daily finish goods record for each Top Level Department.
5. Trouble-shooting and ensuring smooth operation in Top Level Department.
6. Motivate top level personnel to archieve higher productivity.
7. Ensure minimum material wastage.
8. Ensure good house keeping at Top Level Department.
9. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are promptly taken on actual and potential non-conformities.
10. Provide training for top level personnel.
11. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process and quality system..
12. Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the problem has been solve and corrected.
13. Maintain process capability to meet order requirements.
14. Identify and record any problems relating to the product and process.
15. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements :: 1. SPM and above or minimum 4 years of working experience in Assembly Manufacturing Line.
2. Good knowledge in organization work and planning.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Able to work as a team in order to achieve department objective.
5. Ability to work independently.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
