- Manage the QA team and Quality management system to ensure work in progress and finished products qualified
with internal and customer quality standards.
• Lead the QA/QC divisions
• Adjust and manage current defect metrics for QC inspections.
• Responsible for the amendment and improvement for the Quality Management System.
• Review the implementation and effectiveness of current quality inspection procedures.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Initiate necessary corrective action requirement to the production and review effectiveness of the corrective actions received/
• Prepare reports to Management on quality monitoring results.
• Support on-site quality audits conducted by external auditing films.
• Evaluate audit findings on quality and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Identify training needs for QA/QC division
• Audit suppliers’ quality management system.
• Accept/ reject incoming, in-process and/ or finished goods.
• Approve subordinates to go to clinic.
• Approve subordinates to apply leave
• Approve subordinates’ requisition form (eg: Purchase Request, Material Request, etc)
• Approve subordinates overtime
• Approve subordinates to go out during working hours.
- Requirements :
- • 5 years and above working experience in
quality management field.
• Preferably Professional Certificate, Diploma or degree in relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
• Exceptional listening and analytical skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Computer literate
• Knowledge to QC 7 tools, six sigma and root cause analysis.
