Description :: - Overseeing all production activities include effective use of manpower, materials and machines, as well as managing inventory levels to ensure customer’s needs are met in a timely manner.
- Responsible in manpower, equipment & work schedule planning to meet production output and on time delivery to customers.
- Regular check & update on relevant production documents & records to ensure compliance with ISO and customer requirement.
- Coordinate quality control objectives & activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability & minimize cost.
- Generate management reports on monthly production output, projections, wastages, raw material consumption, inventory & workers attendance records.
- Involve in any project development.
- Manage the manufacturing operation consistent with the company operation.
- Ensure production process within manufacturing standards, checks and verify all section checklists.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Operation Management / any courses related to managerial / industrial applications
- Experience as a production superintendant and leader for operation team.
- Experienced or good in document control and data analysis
- Able to draft or design flow diagram and process plan in standard format
- Advanced in Excel (charts, tables, formulas) and Word (SOP, WI, technical report)
- Background in problem solving approach (Fish-bone, WHY-WHY) is a plus
- A thinker and analyst, passionate in process and operation studies
- Co-operative, truthful and able to work under pressure or tight deadline
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chines (is an advantage)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
