Description :: Main Function:
To assist the Assistant Maintenance & Energy Manager to oversee, perform and conduct preventive maintenance plan and troubleshooting activity as to ensure that all the machinery and equipment are in good condition.

Responsibilities:
- Organisation and realization of all maintenance works at:
- Production machineries and equipment
- Infrastructure and facilities
- Building services engineering
- Air conditioning technology
- Cooling water facilities
- Compressed air
- Other facilities if the need arises as per the corresponding defined technical specifications
- To ensure that all the environmental, health and safety activities comply with procedures, rules & regulations.
- Reporting breakdowns, proposing and implementing corrective actions to avoid recurrence and minimize technical downtimes.
- Lead and supervise maintenance technician on preventive maintenance plan and troubleshooting work.
- Maintaining and improving company Quality Management System and conduct company internal quality audits with a team of internal auditors.
- Responsible for 24hours emergency maintenance service when needed.
- Any other assignments that may be assigned to you from time to time.
- To cooperate with any safety and health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company's Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Requirements :: - Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Possesses good knowledge in Electrical Circuit Diagran reading.
- Experience working with SAP system, Siemens PLC, hydraulic system & pneumatic controls.
- Knowledge in ISO 50001 Energy Management System (EnMS) will be an added advantage.
