- Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts.
- Ensure preparation of timely and accurate management accounts on a monthly basis.
- Monitoring of bank balances and reconciliation.
- Verification of invoices, payments and preparation of journal entries.
- Upkeep of AR and AP.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeless and data integrity of all financial data.
- Preparation of various schedules for management reports, year end audit and annual tax submission.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors and tax agents.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): UBS accounting, ERP, MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in PTP.
- Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Strong self discipline & initiative.
- Strong command of English.
