- 1. To lead and ensure Quality Engineering Department inter-group run smoothly to achieve quality goal and compliance to customer requirement
2. Ensure the quality management system is effectively implemented, maintained and continual improvement
3. Assist in Inter Groups process/contamination continual improvement to meet customer needs
4. Promote quality awareness of customer requirement throughout Groups
5. Ensure the new program phase in successfully inter group
6. To oversees supplier/ vendor quality management
7. To train and enhance/upgrade employee’s technical and personal skills - Requirements :
- 1. Tertiary Education in Engineering discipline with minimum 5 year in similar field
2. Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001 & others related measurement tools
3. Possess good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
4. Continually improve on knowledge and skills of supervision, data analysis, contamination control and problem solving
5. Skill in computer literature, communication, negotiation and handling of worker discipline - Lowest Qualification :
