- -Resolve product quality issues using analytical and statistical methods: investigate root cause, identify containment actions, and identify permanent corrective and preventive actions.
-Cooperate in projects as well as manufacturing floor support, and represent Quality Assurance in term of test methods development and validation, acceptance criteria development, test results analysis, and problem solving tools and techniques.
-Develop and run validation protocols when requested by Head of Department and provide validation support in manufacturing transfers and new product development, new manufacturing equipment qualification.
-Support production in performing analysis of manufacturing quality problem (NC) using technical knowledge and statistical tools and techniques, complete NC reports.
-Develop and validate appropriate process control techniques.
-Provide leadership and training on statistics and analytical tools to facilitate employee involvement in problem solving or quality improvements activities. - Requirements :
- -Complete qualification of internal and supplier auditor and conduct assigned audits as per audit plan.
-Develop, implement, maintain and improve QMS procedures related to product and process control.
-Adhere to QMS procedures, complete training on time.
-Where required, complete ECR process and revise particulate documents as needed.
-Complete, reviews and approves protocols and reports as applicable.
-Complete new vendor qualifications and First Article Inspection Process. - Lowest Qualification :
