- • Responsible for overall the human resources functions.
• Establish and maintain Human Resource Department’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for recruitment such as create advertisement, arrange interview, sit in interview, propose for hiring, orientation for all new workers, arrange issuance of uniform, batch and safety shoes etc.
• Responsible for company payroll, compensation & benefits, monthly report, analysis, HR documentation and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate orientation, training and development programs.
• To prepare the yearly Budget for Manpower Expenses.
• Coordinate for performance appraisal and prepare the data.
• Recruitment for foreign worker such as application to KDN, immigration processing etc.
• The employee’s disciplinary matters such as doing the counseling and investigation.
• As a safety committee member to joined for safety matters in the company such as doing inspection and attend to safety meeting.
• Contribute in the Integrated Management System (IMS), such as attend to meeting, set the objectives, do report, train the worker, Audit arrangement etc.
• Employee’s Medical and Insurance matters.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Preferable Executive specializing in Human Resource or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of related working experience
• Required language(s): English, Chinese and Malay.
• Preferable experience in UBS Payroll Software.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point
• An independent, reliable, hardworking and communicate well with all levels of employees.
