- - Support the Sr. CQE in communicating with the customer and implementing the customer’s requirements.
- Serves as window person on Quality Issues with the customer；
- Review all the planned changes and check if it needs an approval from the customer before implementation；
- Take charge of RMA, to issue RMA#, and lead the failure analysis, and implement the corrective actions with team, then issue the analysis report；
- Deal with the customer complain, to set up a schedule for FA, and issue a QITs, then reply to customer when we have updated findings at times；
- Spearhead the preparation of customer audit, provide the info from customer for PQE internal audit, and schedule the detail for audit. Work with team on NC items and OBs then reply to customer until closed.
- Ensure that the parts delivered to the customer are meeting their requirement and provide the needed certification. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least diploma or above Engineering or in Business Course
- Has a working experience in the manufacturing field
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 13485 will be add advantage. - Lowest Qualification :
