- - Perform day-to-day of finance operations.
- Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation including sub ledger and interface reconciliation in the account guideline.
- Monitor, control and resolve creditor ledger in any outstanding payable and inherited problems on due outstanding.
- Ensure management report are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to accounting standards.
- Handle full set account, preparing of financial statement and reporting.
- Preparation of audit schedule, bank reconciliation, monthly management report and all other related works.
- Execute financial year-end audit process and liase with auditors, tax agent, banker, lawyer, co. Secretary etc.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
