Description :: 1.Acts as Management Representative and Food Safety team leader of the Company
2.To manage a food safety team and organize necessary works
3.To ensure that members are trained and educated in food safety
4.To ensure that the food management system is established, implemented, maintained ,
and updated, and
5.To update top management on the effectiveness and suitability of food management system
6.Writes, reviews, or amend Quality Manuals, Quality Procedures, and Work Instructions.
7.Leads the Quality Control team and ensures that quality standards and procedures are
met and aligned with legislation and customer specifications.
8.Ensures that proper validation of control measures to manage HACCP plan and operational PRP are capable to meet the requirements when there are introduction of new
products/processes and change/modification of existing products/processes or equipment.
9.Identifies relevant training needs and opportunities.
10.Maintains and update all product and customers’ specifications.
11. Manage the in house laboratory testing department and ensures that all inspection and testing are performed as required. Has in depth knowledge in testing methods (chemical, physical and microbiological)
12. Issues positive release for raw materials and finished products.
13. Maintains and update all product and customers’ specifications.
Requirements :: - Degree or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology ( Food)
- Min 5 Years relevant working experience.
- Able to work in fast paced environment and perform under pressure.
- Good communication skills with leadership qualities
