- Supports Manufacturing/Assembly in our Johor Plant:
1. Assist Assembly lines to produce parts to set methods.
2. Assist manufacturing to trouble shoot day to day issues.
3. Assist operators and quality department with the key technical details of components & assemblies.
4. Insure high process yields are maintained.
5. Insure part quality and inspection methods are adequate and correlate to other Printronix factories
- Requirements :
- 1. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, and additional professional training dealing with mechanical assemblies.
2. Provide technical support for supplier surveys and supplier-related issues.
3. Requires strong hands-on experience with part construction for machined, die cast, injection molded, extruded, ground, and sheet metal components.
4. Understands technical part drawings and geometric tolerance. Familiar with SPC data collection & analysis. And how to use SPC to improve yields
5. Understands proper use of inspection equipment including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, height gages, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines.
