Description :: • The duties of a quality control inspector use visual inspections to ensure that products meet specifications in terms of dimension, colour, chemical, microbiological and physical appearance.
• Quality control inspectors perform an inspection on materials coming into the manufacturing facility from vendors and on assemblies during the production process.
• The inspector performs functional testing on final products to ensure that it functional working according to standard specification.
Inspectors check samples of a production run to ensure that parts meet specifications at any point in the production process.
Requirements :: 1. To conduct inline checking activities
2. To ensure the inline products are comply with product specification
3. To assist production executive in inline rework activities
4. To assist production executive in evaluation for rework product
5. To ensure all checking records are documented and maintained
