• Monitor and review performance to meet service time frame.
• Monitor & evaluate performance of Indoor/ Outdoor Service Technicians.
• Attend to customer’s technical enquiry and provide solutions, feedback.
• Ensure all defective products are repair on time and perform quality control tasks
• Initiate policies and procedure to facilitate effective functioning of after sales technical area
• Co-ordinate workflow between section for all incoming and outgoing movement of defective products
• To provide professional customer services to OSIM premium and valued customer 
Requirements :
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Technical/ Customer Service’s field.
• Possess strong planning, excellent problem solving and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently, mature, analytical, result oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to handle pressure with politeness & professionalism in a high volume & fast environment.
• Passionate to drive for excellent customer service & attention to detail and thoroughness of work.
• Able to travel within Malaysia when necessary
