Description :: 01. Able to do maintenance and repair tooling with range above 5 tans tooling,
02. Able to do Argan & laser welding,
03. Able to carry out root cause analysis and propose improvement plan,
04. Able to make monthly report for tooling room department,
05. Able to buy off new tooling,
07. Able to communicate between departments Tooling, QC, and Production to solve any tooling problems,
08. Coordinate tool testing & evaluation with supplies,
09. Review periodically tools cost & efficiency,
10. Able to maintains required and accurate paperwork,
11. Others duties as assigned.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM
2. Must have 3 year(s) and above of working experience in Tooling.
3. Preferably candidates who has experience in operate with conversational milling machine, Turning, grinding, and EDM machine
4. Able to work independently, aggressive, good interpersonal skills, Positive working attitude, good in planning and communication with colleague and customer
