Description :
1.To assist dealer and Honda internal division (Customer Relations Div)) in technical area by giving out professional consultation and execute scramble action (including diagnose and repair)
2.To compile, analyze and prepare results for Service Quality audit.
3.To diagnosis tool management including special tool and shop manual. (Trouble shoot, etc)
4.To assist in dealer’s warranty judgment process and submission, by following the requirement from warranty policy and guideline.
5.To carry out dealer Warranty Audit (including audit results report).
6.To follow up with dealers on non conformance areas detected during audit.
7.To assist and guide dealer on warranty claims submission. (including FSC and PWA)
8.To conduct/deliver Honda Training Program (HQSP) of General Repair (MT/RT/DT) to authorize dealer’s service technicians and administer assessment of technicians learning.
9.To plan annually the training operation and management of GR Training Section.
10.To prepare reporting to management on regular basis on dealer training performance, improvement activities progress and status report 
Requirements :
1.Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2.Minimum of 5 years automotive industry especially in diagnose , troubleshooting and teaching experience in technical/vocational education of automotive technology or related field.
3.Working experience in dealer (Sales, Service, Parts at dealership) will be an added advantage.
4.Must have experience in setting, evaluating, and reporting department metrics and activity goals.
5.Experience in developing and delivering training concepts using methodologies focused on immediate application. Skills required:
1.Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
2.Able to instill, enforce and motivate good disciplines among workers.
3.Self-motivated with good problem solving and decision-making skills.
4.Proactive, Flexible and multi-tasking responsibilities..
5.Computer literate
6.Willing to reside permanently in East Malaysia office
