:Liasion with customer and internal/
to resolve the quality issues .
:Prepare APQP/PPAP for customer 's
approval
:Conduct quality meetings to ensure effective corrective
actions.
:Liasion with production for all quality problems
related to parts manufacturing .
:Prepare a control plan for evaluation and inspection of each
new part /manufacturing process.
:Responsible for reviewing and approving of first piece sample prior production
Requirements :: :Candidate must possess at least a diploma,advanced/highed/gruaduate diploma,Bachelo's Degree ,post graduate Diploma ,professional /degree in engineering (mechanical ,industrial or metal ,Fabrication /tool and DIE/welding )or equivalent.
:At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry of metal stamping or sheet metal fabrication will be advantageous.
:Required language:English ,Chinese,Bahasa Malaysia
:Knowledge of CMM/ISO9001/ISO 14001/ISO13485 will be advantage
:Strong communication skills ,high ,integrity and able to work independently .
