Description :: - Plan and responsible for QA activities in accordance with established policies, procedure and objectives.
- Oversees the calibration provide full supports the line activities.
- Provides support & services to Customer feedback on quality and product related matters
- Implement and co-ordinate ISO9001/ISO14001 requirement, continual improvement project, plans and generate detailed documents required.
- Co-ordinate and manage the Documents Control System.
- Ensure maintenance of Quality Records for traceability and easy retrieval.
- Support the Production line to ensure that all problems highlighted are resolved so that the Production efficiency is not disrupted.
- Feedback to respective department on problem found and follow up closely to ensure proper corrective actions are taken to prevent reoccurrence.
- Co-ordinate audits, visits and plan internal quality audit activities.
- Monitoring and follow up monthly performance metrics for all lines. Highlight those performances not meeting the set target.
- Manage all the hold raw materials, work in-progress, and finished goods.
- Assume active role in plant operation with regards to safety, efficiency, utilization, productivity, quality, housekeeping and good manufacturing practices.
- To take on additional roles and responsibilities as required.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
