Description :: -To anticipate and visualize the problems that could be experienced in plant operation, & maintenance of equipment.
-To maintain optimum inventory for the plant equipments.
-To analyze issues related to plant efficient operation and take necessary action.
-To inculcate the habit of discussion, debate, reasoning, analysis among the staffs.
-To upgrade the skills of existing staff by training and retraining in technical and managerial aspects.
Requirements :: -Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with 4 years relevant experiences .
-Experience in palm oil refinery will be advantage.
-Familiar with operations and trouble shooting for boiler operations, cooling tower, chiller etc
-Sound knowledge in engineering theories, principles and practices and management systems
-Participative and proactive team player and leader
-Able to lead a team of project and maintenance engineers
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
