- 1. Ensure incoming raw materials, packaging materials, final product quality comply with company standard requirements.
2. Liaising with external parties and authorities such as Ministry of Health (MOH), Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), and JAKIM during inspection or audit.
3. To continuously improve product quality by liaising with other business units such as production, retail operations and purchasing departments.
4. To lead, manage and improve the effectiveness of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, and ensure HACCP system is implemented and well maintained.
5. Responsible for training staff on HACCP / Food Safety Program, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) etc.
- Requirements :
- 1. Diploma or Degree in Food Science / Food Technology with at least two (2) years of working experience, preferably in baking and culinary industry.
2. Possess knowledge in Food Safety Program, Hazard Analysis (HACCP) and Process Control Procedures of Food Industry would have an advantage.
3. Able to work independently and effectively with minimum supervision.
4. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia in both written and spoken.
Candidate must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
