- 1. Established and enforce quality management system and procedures to support Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect.
2. Define the quality standard and clear specifications for raw material, semi-product finish goods etc. on all the production stages.
3. Analyzing the critical factors that affect product quality, finding the root cause of complaints and kick start on the investigations.
4. Work with production teams (Production Engineer, Technician, and Production Planner) to conduct appropriate process audits for root causes investigation and analysis and define resolutions.
5. Documenting Quality control procedures, protocols and operating plans for HACCP, GMP and ABWA programs
6. Consult with the production Manger to plan the training requirements and constantly upgrade the skills of workers.
7. Monitoring and validating the evaluation of water sample
8. Sampling, analyze of incoming ingredients/raw material for final confirm the Raw Material Release
9. Control of whole lab documentations to assure the Quality of the results includes generate test reports for customers, performing trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.
10. Observe, alert, counsel and coaching production staff to ensure GMP'S, HACCP’S, ABWA’S and SOP's are followed at all-time abide by "low cost, highly efficient" operation.
11. Achieve proper co-ordination of the assigned training activities before daily production.
12. Troubleshoots and prepares reports for raw (well) water, filling water, waste water facilities
13. Coordinate with Technician to ensure Maintenance activities standard.
14. Analysing the samples externally to confirm the internal analysis for equipment calibration purpose.
15. Report on laboratory activities, production quality on a monthly/weekly basis.
16. Summary detailed report on all the customer complaints, review any customer complains related to result quality
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least min. Diploma in food science, Food Technology or any related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing environment.
3. Good knowledge of GMP, HALAL, ISO & HACCP standard is an advantage.
4. Have good analytical and troubleshooting skill.
5. Good eye sight & non colors blind.
6. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
