Description :: •Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
•Assist on instrument installation, equipment set up, calibration & troubleshooting.
•Perform daily routine inspections, repairs & preventive maintenance activities of plants equipments.
•Record & analyze maintenance history of machine and equipments.
•Assist on improvement projects.
•To help & assist production dept. night shift (when needed)
•Controlling and supervising subordinates, material & matter.
•Monitor and submit weekly maintenance report.
•Evaluate subordinates performance appraisal.
•Control and maintain company equipment, coordinate with subcontrators.
•Responsible to ensure that works after carried out maintenance or servicing are in good condition.
•Assist on ISO documentation (quality objective, SOP, WI, forms for Maintenance Dept.)
•To undertake any other job directed by Immediate Superior from time to time.
•To ensure good housekeeping in workshop, machineries & equipments & to perform trouble shooting to minimize machine downtime.
Requirements :: •Able to take long working hours
•Normal working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm ( rest day not on Sunday)
•Weekly Rest Day - Production Day (Extra Production Day conducted on Weekly Off Day)
•Public Holiday Substitution
•Able to adapt to shift working hours as per required.
•Able to come during Weekly Off Day or Public Holidays for Line Stop Maintenance (Machine repairing / maintenance)
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
