Description :: •To handle Customer quality feedback and interact with customer on quality issues
•To lead the team in the customer quality meeting and provide the analysis result and solution
•To manage and track the customer return processes and the ability to respond and resolve the issues immediately.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in related Engineering discipline
•Minimum 2 years of working experience in an electronics manufacturing QA / Engineering
•Able to work with all levels of people with good written in English and communication skills
•Knowledge in manufacturing process and quality control such as SPC, 8D problem solving
•Required language(s): English. Chinese speaking candidates will be additional advantage
•Self motivator and able to work with minimal supervision.
