- Strategic purpose of the position:To handle the administration function for Packaging and QA Section so that the section can operate efficiently and effectively.
- Bottle, can & kegs breakages
- Key in daily total production for line
- SAP – Process Order requisition and postings
- Updating the Time Attendance System (AL & EH & OT) for Packaging and QA
- Summary of total SKU in units (DF and DP)
- Maintenance of downtime entry for all lines
- Create Purchase Requisition when need arises
- Maintain attendance tracker
- Creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Creation of Material Master (MM) and SKU code
- Liase with Sales, Finance, Planning & IT to obtain complete set of information for BOM & MM - Requirements :
- - Education: Minimum SPM/STPM
- Language: Ability to read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Age: 20 to 28 years old
- Able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Able to complete the task given even under tight timelines and stress
- Computer literate – MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint and also SAP - Lowest Qualification :
