- Overall responsible for the effective functioning of the Quality Management systems and ISO procedure
Implement effective quality control techniques to ensure finishes products are meeting the specified requirement;
Ensure there is consistent quality in the products and conformance to quality in the products;
Monitor and schedule calibration for the equipment and maintain and record the results of calibration and any inspection test;
Participate and lead continuous quality improvements activities;
Carry out products/ materials testing and trouble shoot and rectify quality related problem;
Conduct research and use statistical techniques to assess, analyses processes and
product conformance with the objective of driving a continuous quality improvement program in the manufacturing chain;
Work interactively with production, sale, customers and suppliers to seek out
refinements and improvements to product quality, productivity and yield;
Customers’ complaints are resolved through effective corrective actions;
Lead ISO audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken - Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least diploma, Bachelor degree or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Seelong, Senai.
