• Report on a regular basis to the Chairman and collaborate in finding solution and strategies for the company’s future
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Manufacturing (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
• Professional Foreigners are welcome to apply with the job.
• Experience in Rubber Processing will be an added advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in Business Processing Operation.
• Required skill (s): performing all task necessary to achieve the organization goals.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently, effectively, and diplomatically at all levels.
• Working experience in rubber glove or rubber industry will be an added advantage.
• International exposure with import / export and commodities trading will be an added advantage.
• Strong management and leadership skills on the ability to drive the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
• Proactive and able to work effectively within multi-functional and cross-cultural team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Overseas travelling will be required.
