- •Plan, arrange and monitor daily manpower activities and inspection planning.
•To ensure in-coming, in-process, final and pre-delivery inspection is being carried out effectively.
•Analyse Customer Complaint, Line Defective Report (LDR) and Incoming Rejection Report (IRR) on the cause, root cause and work out Corrective Action and Improvements Plan so as to ensure non-repetitive of the same problem.
•Coordinate with Production, Sales, Engineering and other relevant departments to resolve Customer Complaint, Line Defective Report (LDR), and Incoming Rejection Report (IRR).
•Publish Monthly Quality Report to be reviewed in the Monthly Management Meeting.
•To take part in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Social Accountability and UL audits, as an auditor and/ or auditee.
•To coordinate quality improvement and supplier development initiatives.
•Plan, monitor and update measuring equipment calibration plan.
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering.
•At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field and minimum 1 year experience as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and/ or ISO 14001.
•Possess strong knowledge, skills and experience in QA/ QC and ISO.
•Ability to work under minimum supervision, analytical and a good team player.
•Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
•Computer literate and with good spoken & written English.
•Proficiency in Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
•Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
