- To lead, plan review daily production operation to meet production targets in terms of quality, output, yield productivity.
To plan, deploy and arrange manpower to ensure the smooth production flow.
Ensure quality issues are addressed in a timely manner.
To plan and design training needs analysis to assure the competency of employees to perform the job.
To ensure good housekeeping in production area and a strong customer focus.
Follow up production quality issue and ensure action taken accordingly.
Ensure the Machinery/ facilities used are maintained in operational condition. - Requirements :
- Candidate with Certificate/Diploma in Fabrication/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience in production.
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, retain and develop a production team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
