Description :: -Establish standards and procedures
-Organize office operations, procedures and work flow process.

Requirements :: -High level of both written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia skills
-Minimum 5 years working experience in a production or manufacturing field
-Preferably a Degree in Business Administration
-Good administrative / secretarial skills (knowledge of basic MS applications)
-Self-starter – able to show initiative and confident to make decisions with sphere of role
-High level of attention to detail and accuracy
-Able to liaise with personnel from other departments
-Able to keep confidentiality of sensitive information
