•Responsible in managing a team of sales personnel to achieve the sales budget.
•Manage the interaction between customer and the Company in order to ensure that effective communication is taking place.
•Assist sales personnel to develop and execute proposal to increase the influence and arrangement within a well define customer value proposition.
•Ensure that the sales personnel pursue and close business opportunity.
•Constantly coach, guide, motivate and monitor sales personnel in executing and communicating effectively the Company’s business strategy.
•Responsible in disseminating relevant information to the sales team for effective sales activities.
•Assist the sales team in conducting sales activities such as blitz canvassing, sales penetration and sales closing.
•Responsible in the dissemination of the quality policy of the Company and being understood for implementation by all subordinates.
•Responsible for salesperson disciplinary and also maintain staff retention.
•Accountable to products sales gross profits. Help sales executive to achieve better forecast accuracy.
•Have good knowledge to how to formulate good account Management strategic.
•Able to cultivate team work, good business ethnic to the team and develop good sales professional.
 
Requirements :
