Description :: •Manage all recruitment & staffing duties to support & coordinate expansion plans ahead..
•Execute all General HR functions, including: process applications for foreign workers which requires outstation travelling to KL, manage housekeeping of foreign workers' quarters, keep proper HR records for all staffs & workers, manage staff welfare & benefits which include whole range of insurance related paperwork and follow up, do counselling for workers when necessary, employee relation, manage security guards, organise family trips and annual dinner, etc.
•Engage in General Admin responsibilities on regular or ad-hoc basis.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies.
•Required skill: MS Office, Excel, etc.
•Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
•At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
•High Integrity, Committed, Good Listener, Independent, An Eye for Details, Good Communication Skills & Organised.
•Multi-tasker.
•Willing to run outdoor errands when required.
•5 1/2-day week for now. Will start alternate Saturday off Q3-Q4 2015 when GST systems all properly in place.
•Male Graduate Preferred.
