- •Achieves the annual sales volumes and profits for the assigned area’s assigned market by leveraging on the given resources and budget.
•Expand the business especially in Modern Trade & General Trade
•Oversee all sales activities within the assigned portfolio to achieve sales objectives
•Able to lead the merchandiser & promoter to achieve the company objectives
•Experience liaise with wholesaler, buyers of supermarket
•Effective implementation of promotion setup & smart merchandising in the assigned market
•Coordinate and handle ad hoc assignment from time to time - Requirements :
- •A recognized SPM or diploma in Business Studies or equivalent disciplines;
•Must possess at least 2 to 3 years of sales management in FMCG industry;
•Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
•Must be computer literate, have high energy, strong in people skills and willing to travel extensively;
•Preferably candidates having exposures and experiences in the FMCG industry andhaving knowledge in local supermarket,wholesale or minimarket operations will be a definite advantage.
•Possessing own transport is essential for this job.
•This position will be based in Central & Negeri Sembilan. - Lowest Qualification :
