Description :
Ensure all Body & Paint dealers adheres to the requirements and other standard guidelines through constant follow up and site visit.
2. Monitor Body and Paint dealers’ performance and BP Business growth.
3. Keep up-to-date with the BP market trends and new developments utilizing information BP business growth.
4. Define and establish BP strategies and monitoring industry trends.
5. Implementing BP strategies to increase brand awareness and increase BP demand.
6. Monitor & report BP performance, reviews and take corrective actions to address short falls and update Management on regular basis.
7. Responsible to conduct and coordinate Body & Paint Managers meeting.
8. Evaluate and Review Call Center effectiveness of the services provided for customer under the Honda Insurance Package (HIP) Benefit. 
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Business Admin or Automotive or other field.
2. Working experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
3. High competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Project Management.
4. High discipline, self-motivated with good problem solving skills.
5. Possess good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Result-oriented, dynamic, aggressive and resourceful with good negotiation skills.
7. Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
