Description :
1. Overall planning, controlling and managing Service Sales Planning unit.
2. Ability to provide job functions and clear instruction to unit associates.
3. To provide resources and support for unit to complete the task.
4. To guide anad coach unit associates.
5. Budget monitoring and review
6. To create activities and program to supports dealers performance in order to achieve Customer Satisfaction (CS) No. 1 position and strongly build Honda brand as well as make dealership more profitable and competitive in the market.
7. Organize and compiled after sales service survey (JDP / DCSI) as well as analyze assessment results.
8. Implement customer satisfaction improvement activity to increase customer satisfaction level.
9. To organize after sales service promotional campaign and events to increase customer retention.
10. Compiled and monitor dealership service performance and business information.
11.To analyses dealer business profitability, service intake and productivity.
12. Long term loyalty program to increase customer loyalty.
13. To develop new business opportunity at dealership.
14. To conduct and evaluate concepts and framework of overall sales planning activities and meetings.
15.To update HOD / Management on project, improvement activities progress and status report.
16. To adhere to instruction given by superior as when required. 
Requirements :
Authority:
1. Budget control for service sales planning.
2. Service marketing.
3. Supplier sourcing.
4. Coordinate with inter-department.
5. Assign and review daily / monthly operational task and report.

Skills & Knowledge:
1. Leadership, supervisory and management skills.
2. Computer literate and good presentation skills.
3. Analytical, task solving and crisis management skills.

Experience/Education:
1. > 3 years working experience related.
2. Diploma and above
