- 1. Ensure all the sourcing activities meet the targeted specification requirement, cost, quality and delivery
2. Take part in NPI (New Product Introduction) and identify potential supplier for new project
3. Involve in setting up pricing information for all new parts to support NPI activities once the project is approved
4. Request quotation, price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing is achieved and also reviewing suppliers’ performance especially new suppliers to ensure the quality and price is reliable and fair
5. Work closely with suppliers to ensure overall business & NPI activities successfully meet customer target date & needs
6. Prepare sample evaluation based on suppliers sample and sent to the engineering department
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
2. Required skill(s): Purchasing and inventory control, Sourcing, Negotiation.
3. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in NPI/sourcing or related field is required for this position.
4. Candidate must be able to communicate in mandarin as this role requires liaison with Chinese speaking customers - Lowest Qualification :
