Description :: •To anticipate and visualize the problems that could be experienced in plant operation, & maintenance of equipment.
•To maintain optimum inventory for the plant equipments.
•To analyze issues related to plant efficient operation and take necessary action.
•To inculcate the habit of discussion, debate, reasoning, analysis among the staffs.
•To upgrade the skills of existing staff by training and retraining in technical and managerial aspects.
Requirements :: •Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with 4 years relevant experiences or Diploma with minimum 10 years working experience in same industries.
•Experience in palm oil refinery will be advantage.
•Familiar with operations and trouble shooting for boiler operations, cooling tower, chiller etc
•Sound knowledge in engineering theories, principles and practices and management systems
•Participative and proactive team player and leader
•Able to lead a team of project and maintenance engineers
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
