•Liaise with Head of Department on manpower issue
•Ensure all department is with sufficient manpower

Human Resource Administration
•Checking the official letters/ announcements/memos
•Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior
•Monitoring foreign workers documentation

Administration
•Supervise the maintenance of office equipment/ building facilities
•Monitor stock/ Inventory of company's fixed assets
•Supervise employee's benefit in kind and related claims e.g petrol, phone, vehicle maintenance
•Supervise the maintenance of company IT e.g internal and external email, website facilities
•Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•Work experience in a computerized environment required and preferably knowledge in Wincom Payroll System, Words, Excel and Power Point
•Familiar with Malaysian labor laws, HR practices and procedures
•Fast learner, able to meet dateline
•Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team
•Willing to work at Mah Sing Industrial Area Subang
•Posses own transport with valid driving license
•Capability supervise the overall HR & Admin work execution.
